Utilization of Comprehensive Academic Grading System (CAGS) in Basic Education
Relative to DM No. 294 on Utilization of Comprehensive Academic Grading System (CAGS) in Basic Education, Imus Pilot ES conducted a LAC Session entitled “School LAC Session in Utilization of CAGS Online 3.0“ dated November 09, Tuesday, 1-4 pm via Google Meet facilitated by the Imus Pilot ES ICT committee and other teachers with Imus Pilot ES Principal, Dr. Cristina M. Ben in the presence of ever supportive EPS, LRMDS, Parent Supervisor Ma’am Feliz A. Tayao and Sir Phillip Adam Adoño as Resource Speaker while the participants are all Imus Pilot ES teachers from Grade 1-6.
This LAC Session aims to minimize the workloads of the teachers in computing grades and systematize the calculations of Quarterly Performance of the students.
Imus Pilot Elementary School held its State of the School Address (SOSA), with the presentation of the School Report Card (SRC) one of the milestone in School Based Management (SBM) last October 29, Friday, 3 pm via Microsoft Teams led by Brigada Eskwela committees and other school faculties. Dr. Cristina M. Ben, Imus Pilot ES principal, delivered all the achievement of the school last School Year 2020-2021 and also congratulated all the learners, teachers and other stakeholders for all the efforts given to the success of School Year 2020-2021. Part of her presentation is delivering the target goals for this present school year.
One of the highlights of the said program is the Imus Pilot ES Gawad-Kabalikat 2021, this is to recognize all the sponsors and award the certificates to the Top 10 donors who wholeheartedly donated and helped during the Brigada Eskwela for the preparation on the opening of classes and for the betterment of the school and learners.

School Dental and Health Care Program (SDHCP) clinics, Oplan Kalusugan (OK) of Deped
As one of the recipients of School Dental and Health Care Program (SDHCP) clinics, Oplan Kalusugan (OK) of Deped, we are proud to present the successful Inauguration of Imus Pilot Elementary School’s Medical and Dental Clinic and Ribbon Cutting last November 5, 2021, Friday, 9:00 am at Imus Pilot Elementary School ground.
The Ribbon Cutting was conducted by our beautiful and dynamic SDS Dr. Rosemarie D. Torres together with ASDS Sir Ivan Brian Inductivo, OIC- SGOD Sir Ivan Honorpete Mijares, Dr. Cristina M. Ben, Imus Pilot ES Principal, SDO medical personnel and teachers while the blessing of the clinic was led by Rev. Father Rommel Lagata.
This School Medical and Dental Clinic equipped with newly installed dental chairs, medical consultation rooms, tools and medical supplies will provide medical and dental services to the learners and school personnel.
Imus Pilot Elementary School successfully conducted its annual GPTA Election of Officers and Oath Taking last November 4, 2021, Thursday, 3:00 pm at the school’s gym. The election was facilitated smoothly by the Election Committee following the implementation of proper health protocols.
The oath taking of the newly elected officers was conducted right after the election, headed by our dynamic Principal, Dr. Cristina M. Ben. The GPTA officers will oversee the day-to-day activities of the association and would serve as Imus Pilot ES partner in extending services to our learners.

School LAC Session on Integration and Making Instructional Materials
School LAC Session on Integration and Making Instructional Materials was conducted in Imus Pilot Elementary School last Nov. 19, 2021, 9:00 am- 4:00pm at PAGCOR Building. Headed by Dr. Cristina M. Ben, Imus Pilot ES Principal, Ms. Janelica U. Reyes, ICT Coordinator/QATAME Associate and Ms. Vanessa A. Sanchez, LSA together with especial guest speaker, Ma’am Feliz A. Tayao, EPS, LRMDS, Parent Supervisor while the participants are the Grade level ICT Coordinators and representative per grade level.
This LAC Session aims to identify the importance of integrating ICT in education, organize and create own instructional materials using certain ICT tools and effectively use the crafted ICT learning resource in teaching. The 16 trained participants are expected to serve as teacher trainer in their grade levels and multiply the acquired knowledge to the school community.
Imus Pilot Elementary School joins the nation in celebrating the 2021 National Reading Month with the theme “Bawat Bata Bumabasa sa Kabila ng Hamon ng Pandemya”. It was held last Monday, November 29, 2021, via Google Meet.
Mary Angeline C. Punzalan, Filipino Reading Coordinator and Jemera O. Pomasin, English Reading Coordinator collaborated with each Grade level reading coordinator to realize the event. The technical working group (TWG) from each grade level did well in organizing the event. Dr. Cristina M. Ben, school principal shared the significance of reading to all the participants.
Students, parents, and teachers attended while wearing their favorite book character costumes. Students from different grade level, joyfully showcased their talents in virtual story-telling, declamation, poem recitation, dancing and singing.
The love for reading was intensified and highlighted the benefits one should get out of it.
